Conditions Cell lines are distributed to qualified investigators for use in their own research. Before shipment, the investigator is asked to sign an agreement stating that:

    the cell line will be used for research purposes only
    the cell line shall not be sold or used for commercial purposes
    the cell line shall not be distributed to third parties
    the name of the cell line shall not be changed
    the recipient of the cell line accepts all risks and the conditions of delivery of the DSMZ.

To validate an order a signed Agreement Form has to be sent to us via fax. Without this DSMZ-Order/Agreement Form orders will not be carried out.
